I’m renting out my newly renovated 38 m² apartment in Flora. Everything in the flat has been renovated, so you’ll be the first person to enjoy the new kitchen, bathroom, furniture and appliances.

One of my favourite things about the apartment is how much natural light it gets. It also has a balcony that’s perfect for a morning coffee, breakfast outside, or even setting up your laptop and working from there on warm days.

The bathroom has a more luxurious feel, while the new kitchen comes fully equipped. There’s also a washing machine and dryer, so no drying rack permanently becoming part of the interior design.

The location is probably the other big highlight. Flora metro is just 1 minute away, and the tram connections are excellent. Jiřího z Poděbrad is around a 5-minute walk, so you’re also really close to everything Vinohrady has to offer.

For everyday life, almost everything is within a couple of minutes: Atrium Flora, Albert (open 7:00–23:00), Max Fitness, shops, cafés and restaurants. Olšanka swimming pool and sports facilities are also nearby.

It’s a small but very comfortable home where you can genuinely do most things on foot – gym, groceries, coffee, swimming, dinner or drinks – while having some of the best public transport connections in Prague.

Ideal for one person or a couple looking for a bright, modern and completely renovated place that actually feels like home.
